Faq
Booking a party
· Booking a party is simple. Just view the products and choose what you require. Send us an email by selecting the contact us icon and give us all the required information. We will email back to you with a quote, including delivery if required.
· Booking a party we need as much notice as possible to ensure you can get the required items. Usually 4-6 weeks notice is ideal.
· When placing the order we can also help you with your theme of your party and co-ordinate all items.
· We aim to be a one stop shop so if you purchase the hire and party products from us we can deliver them all at the same time to make it easier for you.
· All orders have to be paid in full prior to delivery or at pick up and 50% deposit is required to reserve the goods.

Purchasing Party Products
· We can post the items to you via registered Australia Post. We will notify you of the tracking number at postage of the items.
· Delivery will be an additional cost depending on what you purchase and were it is going to. Simply email us by selecting the contact us icon and we will send you a quote, including postage.
· Payment for these items will be via direct debit.

Delivery and Pick up
· Our office is located in Craigieburn, Melbourne. We can deliver your items for you however it is an additional cost depending on where you are located.
· Items can be collected directly from our office in Craigieburn we will just need to book in a time for pick up.
· If you are collecting the items yourself please ensure that your car or van is large enough to hold tables at either 1.8 metres of 2.4 metres long.

Styling the Party
· We can style your next party for you however this is an additional cost. Once we have determined what is required we will give you a quote for styling the party for you.
· If items are being delivered the goods will be placed in the spot required we do not unpack or style the party.

Cancelling your order
· We will require 7 days notice when cancelling a party
· We will return your deposit providing that these terms are met.
· If you cancel a party within 7days of your event your deposit will be non-refundable.

Damage Deposit
· Though we understand that accidents happen. You are financially liable for any damage,chipping or breakage of goods. All hire stock has a $100 deposit.
· This deposit is refunded on the goods being returned in the same condition as they were received. Replacement pricing is available on request.
